Jumper is an action-adventure game that resembles Doodle Jump but is designed with its emotion and depth. You will control a small creature trying to escape the broken world, flying and jumping between countless islands floating in the sky. Each jump is a touch of the boundary between hope and despair.

a Dudes - the main character who survives with a yellow appearance and many teeth, cute and funny in Jumper

The story behind Jumper

Thousands of years ago, the laws of physics suddenly changed, causing the beautiful planet to shatter into millions of floating islands in the air. All the other Dudes—the main character’s kind—fell and disappeared forever.

You are left alone, alone in the torn sky. But up there, there are still planets that have not broken apart. You must find a way to fly, no matter how hard it is. Because living forever in ruins is no longer an option.

How to play Jumper

Despite the ability to jump well, the character in Jumper cannot move on its own—every step depends on the player:

  • Touch control:
    • Tap the right side of the screen to fly to the right.
    • Tap the left side of the screen to fly to the left.
  • Keyboard control:
    • Use the A key or the left arrow to move to the left.
    • Use the D key or the right arrow to move to the right.

Jump mechanism in Jumper

Unlike Doodle Jump, where the platforms disappear after you fall, Jumper brings a very unique elastic feeling:

  • The jumping platforms are made of rubber and will bounce slightly every time you land, creating a softer and more flexible feeling of movement.
  • In particular, these platforms do not disappear when you fall, giving you the opportunity to do it again, challenging yourself with a more accurate jump rhythm.

Tips & Tricks

  • Observe before jumping: Calculate the jumping angle and bounce of each platform to keep the position.
  • Keep a steady rhythm: Tap rhythmically instead of continuously to maintain the ideal height.
  • Take advantage of elasticity: Each bounce helps you gain better inertia; exploit it instead of trying to control too much.
  • Patience: Don't rush—accuracy and feeling the rhythm are the most important factors in this game.

Jumper is not just an obstacle course game. It is the journey of a small creature in the broken sky, carrying loneliness but still constantly striving. Each bounce is not only a step forward in the game but also an affirmation: even if the world falls apart, there is always a reason to keep flying.
